A high-performance application is only as resilient as the infrastructure supporting it. We design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud platforms that run across AWS and GCP using repeatable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

We configure multi-region Kubernetes clusters, establish automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and instrument comprehensive observability using OpenTelemetry. This ensures your development team can focus on shipping features to a stable platform with zero-downtime rolling updates.

Our Approach to Cloud Infrastructure

We treat infrastructure with the same level of engineering rigor as application code. Everything that runs in production is declared in version-controlled config files:

  • Immutable Infrastructure: We use Terraform to manage cloud resources. Manual changes in AWS or GCP consoles are explicitly forbidden. Any drift between actual resources and config is detected and resolved programmatically.
  • Declarative Workload Management: We deploy services using Kubernetes, defining CPU limits, memory allocations, health probes, and horizontal autoscaling parameters in clean, structured configurations.
  • OpenTelemetry Observability: We don’t guess system bottlenecks. We instrument services to emit traces, metrics, and logs following the OpenTelemetry standard, feeding this data into analytical dashboards for profiling.

Typical Engagements

We build and migrate production-grade platforms:

  • Terraform Migration: Auditing and importing legacy, manually-created cloud resources into modular, version-controlled Terraform modules.
  • Kubernetes Provisioning: Setting up production-ready, auto-scaling Kubernetes clusters (like EKS or GKE) configured with secure network policies and ingress controllers.
  • Zero-Downtime CI/CD Pipelines: Designing deployment jobs in GitHub Actions that perform linting, testing, image building, and rolling updates with automatic rollbacks on failure.
  • Multi-Region Disaster Recovery: Architecting databases and storage buckets to replicate across geographic regions, ensuring system availability in case of datacenter failures.

Technical Standards

Our platform engineering practices guarantee high uptime:

  • Safe Rolling Deployments: Applications are deployed using rolling update strategies with configured health probes. Traffic is only sent to new pods once they are verified as ready.
  • Isolated Configurations: Production, staging, and development environments are strictly decoupled at the cloud account layer, preventing test processes from reaching production data.
  • Automated Alerts: High resource usage, deployment failures, and connection drops trigger automated pages to the engineering team.
